STEP1 Scoop 2g (about 1tsp) of matcha powder.
STEP2 Using a tea strainer, sift matcha powder to your tea bowl.
STEP3 Pour 70ml of hot water (80℃)into the tea bowl.
STEP4 Whisk vigorously in "zig-zag" motion until frothy.
*Store in freezer to maintain freshness
Tip:Warm your tea bowl with hot water, then discrad hot water. It helps you making smooth and frothy matcha!
