Ramdan Gift Box - Ceremonial Grade Matcha & Hojicha Set

Hojicha

STEP1 Scoop 2 - 3 g (about 1tsp) of Hojicha powder.

STEP2 Using a tea strainer, sift Hojicha powder to your tea bowl.

STEP3 Pour 40ml of hot water (80℃) into the tea bowl.

STEP4 Whisk vigorously in "zig-zag" motion to mix well and add your choice of milk.

*Store in a cool, dry place, avoid sunlight to keep a flavor.

Matcha

STEP1 Scoop 2g (about 1tsp) of matcha powder.

STEP2 Using a tea strainer, sift matcha powder to your tea bowl.

STEP3 Pour 70ml of hot water (80℃)into the tea bowl.

STEP4 Whisk vigorously in "zig-zag" motion until frothy.

*Store in freezer to maintain freshness
